A New Direction: The Birth of Motion Clinical

True innovators never stand still. Driven by a desire to stay ahead of the curve, founder Mark LaRocca saw an opportunity to bring Motion’s high standards and deep logistical experience into a brand-new arena: clinical trials.

The concept for Motion Clinical was sparked at a major music festival where Motion Transportation Solutions was managing the event's complex transit logistics. While on-site, Mark observed a converted motorcoach serving as a mobile clinical unit. Recognizing the massive potential to revolutionize patient access and trial efficiency, he realized that the same rigorous execution, safety standards, and precision routing used for large-scale events could transform the world of mobile healthcare and clinical research.

The Leadership Behind Motion Clinical

Mark LaRocca is the Founder and President of Motion Clinical, a company specializing in complex transportation logistics for mobile clinical trials. Mark built Motion on over two decades of hands-on experience managing some of the most challenging logistical operations in North America, including overseeing transit for over 150 massive live events, national conventions, and pre-planned hurricane evacuations where safety and reliability are paramount.

Recognizing that clinical trials require the same flawless execution under pressure, Mark launched Motion Clinical to bridge the gap between advanced logistics and patient access. His leadership is defined by a deep commitment to transforming complex mobile infrastructure into a seamless, reliable asset for research organizations, ensuring that critical trials stay in motion.
